New Laboratory for Bath Ales
St Austell Brewery has recently announced its ambitious plans for Bath Ales which includes a multi-million pound investment at the site in Warmley, near Bristol.
The investment in a state-of-the-art new brewery – which is set to double the available brewing capacity – will put Bath Ales on the map as having some of the most sophisticated and technologically-advanced brewing and packaging facilities in the South West.
Part of the development was the installing of the new laboratories – main sample reception lab and micro lab. Kastner recently completed the installation to the satisfaction of the Bath Ales team.
Brewing director Roger Ryman, who oversees production at Bath Ales and St Austell Brewery, said he is hugely excited about the year ahead and the future prospects at the new Hare Brewery.
“At both breweries, there’s a continued appreciation of only crafting the highest quality beers. Since we have come together I have been very impressed with the skills and capabilities of the Bath Ales brewing team. We will continue to give them the support and resources they need to succeed and deliver what they have the potential to do.”
Bath Ales corporate colours – and the colour of the orange “hare” symbol – are reflected in the colour chosen for the doors of the laboratory.
