Looking to expand from their existing premises in Roadwater, Singer Instruments turned to Kastner for a complete fit out of their two-storey unit in Minehead as offices and laboratory space.
Works included ventilation, air conditioning, partitions, flooring, plumbing, electrics, and the installation of laboratory benching and sinks in the new R&D facility. The space offers the Singer R&D team a fantastic working environment with views over the nearby West Somerset Railway.
Full height glazing was used to create a bright, modern, and spacious feel to the laboratory and the colour scheme and graphics ensure consistency with the scientific branding employed by Singer Instruments who have been developing and manufacturing mechatronic workstations and laboratory automation since 1934.
